| He was a singer, comedian and banjoist who had joined Spike Jones in 1947 and would
gradually become one of the Slickers' most visible and entertaining troupers. In addition to being a musician Freddy also did voice overs and was one of the voices on the popular 50s TV show "Time For Beany" that eventually became Bob Clampets "Beany and Cecil." |
