JOHNNY BAIER

THE BANJO MAN

        Johnny began playing the banjo in 1971 two weeks after he started playing the banjo.  His career started with the sing-a-longs at the Shakey's Pizza Parlor in Oskskosh, Wisconsin.  In 1983 Baier was named the "Overall Grand Champion" at the banjo competition held in Ontario, Canada.  Orlando, Florida became his home in 1988 where he played at the world famous Rosie O'Gradys at Church Street Station performing over 15,000 solo shows.
