RAPLH COLICCHIO

     He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on March 27, 1896.  He was the featured banjoist with Ernie Golden's Hotel McAlpin Orchestra.  In addition to performing and recording he wrote novelty tenor banjo solos that included: Teasing' the Frets, Ticklin' the Strings, Cuttin' Up, Go! Go! and Pickin'the Banjo. He was also an arranger for banjo arrangements of John Philip Sousa marches as well.
