In 2003 Alan "Papa Al" Hamilton put an ad in several local newspapers inviting interested banjo players to join him in forming an old time banjo club. The result was the creation of "The-Yet-To-Be-Named" banjo club. They sing and play songs from the bygone era of early pictures, prohibition, flappers, Dixieland, the Charleston, and Tin Pan Alley. Even though they are called a "banjo band" there are singers and a tuba player. YTBN can be found playing around the Bethel area in Western Maine. |
